My mom came to Clifton Rehab after having a stroke, and the whole team there was amazing. From day one, they supported her with patience, encouragement, and genuine care. The therapists worked with her every day to rebuild her strength, and the nurses and aides made sure she felt comfortable and cared for. They also kept our family updated on her progress, which meant so much to us during such a scary time. Thanks to their hard work, my mom got stronger and was able to come home. Thank you! It truly was a pleasure working with all of you. Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone was wonderful, from nursing and CNAs to rehab and housekeeping. Every day, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always seemed happy and dedicated to what they do. The way everyone interacted with Berta was amazing, especially knowing how nervous and anxious she could get. You all made her feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. Amanda, the nurse, was absolutely phenomenal. Anytime we had a question or concern, she was always available to help and never made us feel like we were bothering her. I always felt like I was asking too many questions or asking staff for too much assistance, but they constantly reassured me by saying, “That’s what we’re here for. We’re here to help and make Berta’s stay a great one.”
I truly can’t say enough about the amazing group of girls working on that unit. You all went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for the care, patience, kindness, and compassion you showed Berta and our family. Excellent experience for my mother who was first admitted for short term rehab following a hospital stay and then for long term care. The 2 West staff provided great care, concern for my mother and laughs! Admin staff were accessible and very easy to work with. Their efforts made a very difficult situation much easier and gave us peace of mind.
The experience from the pre admission to discharge process was 5 stars! My father’s experience during his stay at Clifton rehab nursing facility was exceptional from The food , the nursing staff, the therapists, the nurses aides, the activities department…. they even have concierge program. Well Done Clifton Team! Thank you for taking care of my Dad and making him feel safe and confident to return home .
I have nothing negative to say about Clifton. I was just a pt there for short term rehab. The nursing staff especially Justica and Lucy. The facility was clean and well kept. The pt and ot i received was impressive, especially Paula.The activities department was very good, they had a variety of things to keep you active socially as well as physically. If I have to do any type of rehab again I would only want to go to Clifton.
I would like to bring attention to a very concerning problem at Clifton Outpatient Rehabilitation in Somerset MA. This is an outpatient therapy center that DOES NOT HAVE A HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE!! There are 2 very heavy doors that have to be opened MANUALLY to gain entrance to the Outpatient Rehabilitation center. This is an unsafe situation for patients who are already compromised and needs to be addressed. I am currently a patient myself and chose Clifton for the staff and my previously successful treatment. I have tried to address my concerns through the "proper channels" but to no avail, so hopefully this review will get some results. Thank you
My experience at Clifton has been a great. The Nurse, CNAs, and Activities Department go above and beyond. I could not have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend Clifton Rehabilitation Center to anyone in need.
